Orders
By placing an order on monshop.me you agree to these terms. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available; if you already paid by Whish, we refund you in full.

Prices
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the item only. The delivery fee for your area is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery times shown are estimates. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.

Payment
Cash on delivery, or Whish Money transfer. For Whish, the order is prepared once we receive the payment.

Returns & exchanges

Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
