Who we are
mon Shop (monshop.me) is an online loungewear and sleepwear shop based in Lebanon. Contact: info@monshop.me.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery area and address, optional email and notes, and the items you bought.
• If you create an account: your name, email and your order history. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email.
• If you pay with Whish Money: the screenshot you upload of your transfer.

Why we use it
Only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it (WhatsApp, phone or email), and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.

Payments
We never collect card details. Cash is paid on delivery; Whish transfers happen in the Whish app. Payment screenshots are stored privately and seen only by the shop team.

Who we share it with
Our delivery driver or courier (name, phone, address), and the services that run the shop: Supabase (database and storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (order emails) and Google (optional sign-in).

Cookies
We use only what the shop needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and your language. No advertising trackers.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns and our accounts. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
